Close-Out Dates

Advise Executive Secretary and your satellite booking agent of ALL the dates you can not work ASAP, in writing. 
 

Conduct At Games

Act as a visitor to a stranger's house!
Don't leave the dressing room in a mess.
Leave all cell phones in the car.
Carry no tobacco product onto school grounds.
 

Crew Confirmation Procedure

Purpose:  To ensure that we do not have a "no show".
All crew members (including clock operator) must contact the Referee prior to 9 p.m. on Tuesday before that Friday's game.
Referee will contact the Executive Secretary by noon on Wednesday with the name(s) of officials who did not establish contact.
The Executive Secretary will attempt to contact the official before replacing him.

 

Dress To Games

Look neat and professional
Wear Slacks/Khakis and a sport shirt
Do not wear shorts, t-shirts, blue jeans, or warm-up/wind suits.
 

Ejection Procedure

If an official has ejected (not disqualified) a player in a Varsity game, that official is to call the Executive Secretary by 10 a.m. on the following day to provide details of the incident.
 

Game Cancellation Fees

The fee is $25 to turn in any game after it has been mailed to the official
The fee must be paid within 7 days, with no further notice to be given.
After 7 days, no further game assignments will be considered until the fee is received.
 

Inclement Weather Procedure

The Referee from each crew will contact the home school after 1 p.m. if there is any doubt the game may not be played.
Each crew member will contact the Referee after 2 p.m. for the game status.
Each official will stay on the make-up game date unless not available.
Each official who can not work the make-up date must contact the Executive Secretary immediately.
